1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the intimate nature of our products, all items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return. Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for returns for health and hygiene reasons.

2. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund. After 30 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

• Opened or used adult toys and products.
• Gift cards.
• Mystery boxes once opened.
• Any items purchased on sale or with a discount.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at friskyandflirtyfl@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back to us.

You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at friskyandflirtyfl@gmail.com.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

• Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
